James Heinritz - Chief Executive Officer
James has more than 20 years’ experience in international business development, healthcare, M&A, project finance and market entry. An urban planner by training, James has built for-profit and non-profit enterprises in China, Singapore, Indonesia and the US. James is a Doctor of Chinese medicine (TCM) and is fluent in mandarin Chinese.

Joe Eades - Chief Technical Officer
Joe is an expert at systems and process evaluation and implementation. Over the last 25 years, he has applied his chemical engineering background to a range of areas including capital project management, engineering, business management, and business formation. Joe has deep experience in renewable energy, food, water, environment, biotechnology, healthcare, automation, ICT and education, while working in complex environments throughout Asia and Europe.

Stephen brings 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and advertising, corporate training and education, television production, event management and international trade. Stephen’s strong global network makes him a highly effective opportunity connector and relationship manager.
Colin Eades - Chief Financial Officer
Colin has 40 years’ experience working for Big Four consulting firms in international accounting, tax and finance. He has serviced a full spectrum of clients from multinationals to SMEs, in sectors including technology, automotive, and charities. Colin excels at contracting, negotiation, compliance, securing tax benefits, legal analysis and financial structuring.
